Refund Policy – Pristino Premium Drycleaners operated by FABO SERVICES LLP

At Pristino Premium Drycleaners, customer satisfaction is at the core of our premium service promise. While we take utmost care in handling your garments, we understand that there may be instances where a refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Loss of Garment: If Pristino or its authorized delivery personnel permanently lose a garment in our custody.
  • Irreparable Damage: If a garment is irreversibly damaged during the cleaning process due to our error or negligence.
  • Service Not Rendered: If a prepaid service was not performed due to operational issues or booking errors from our side.

2. Compensation Limits

In the event of loss or damage due to Pristino’s fault, the refund amount shall be:

  • Up to 10 times the service invoice value of the garment, OR INR 3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand Only) per garment,
  • Whichever is lower, as determined solely by Pristino after internal review.

This amount is not based on the market value or sentimental value of the garment.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, the customer must:

  • Notify Pristino within 24 hours of receiving the garment.
  • Provide:
    • Original invoice or order ID
    • Photographic evidence of the damage (where applicable)
    • A clear written explanation of the issue

Our quality team will review the case and, if eligible, approve the refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or as store credit.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Pre-existing conditions, stains, or fabric weakness.
  • Delicate fabrics like leather, suede, silk, wool, or designer wear cleaned at customer’s risk.
  • Curtains, rugs, or household items unless proven fault of Pristino.
  • Re-cleaning services already availed.
  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellation & Prepaid Orders

  • Orders may be cancelled before pickup without charge.
  • No cancellation/refund if picked up or under process.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before pickup are fully refunded.

6. Final Authority

All refund claims are subject to Pristino’s sole discretion and inspection. We reserve the right to reject ineligible claims.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Garment(s) not cleaned or finished as per requested service.
  • Garment(s) returned in unsatisfactory condition (e.g., stains remain, wrinkles, odor).
  • Wrong item delivered or garment mismatch.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact Pristino within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide:
    • Order number or original invoice
    • Clear description/images of the issue
    • Ensure service barcode/tag is still attached

Garments must not be worn, used, or altered post-delivery to qualify for return.

3. Reprocessing Guidelines

  • One-time reprocessing free of charge (within 24 hours window).
  • Subject to garment and fabric condition.
  • Pristino reserves the right to reject ineligible garments.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Garments returned after 24 hours.
  • Items without original barcode/tag.
  • Damage due to post-delivery usage or mishandling.
  • Items cleaned at customer’s own risk (e.g., leather, silk, heavily embellished).

5. Mismatched or Exchanged Garments

  • Report within 24 hours.
  • Immediate pickup and correction arranged.
  • Correct garment delivered as soon as resolved.

6. Final Decision

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Pristino’s quality control team. Our decision is final.
