Every garment is individually assessed by trained specialists before any treatment begins. Fibre type, embellishments, dye stability, and stain history are documented. The cleaning protocol is then selected for that specific piece — never one-size-fits-all.
We use modern eco-friendly solvents, never the harsh PERC chemicals still common in conventional dry cleaning. The result: garments safer to wear, better for sensitive skin, and significantly less environmental footprint.
Every Pristino garment is photographed and logged at pickup. High-value pieces — designer lehengas, bridal sarees, heirloom couture — are documented before and after treatment. If anything is ever not right, we re-clean free of charge until it is.

Our Mission
At Pristino, our mission is to bring genuinely premium garment care to the everyday wardrobe — not just the celebrity ensemble, not just the bridal heirloom, but to the everyday silk shirt, the much-loved cotton kurta, the favourite blazer. We believe that no garment is too modest to deserve excellent care.
We started with two locations in 2024 — one in Hyderabad's Banjara Hills, one in Bengaluru's Whitefield — and a single conviction: that the gap between neighbourhood laundry and luxury garment care was unnecessarily wide, and that closing it through specialist expertise, eco-friendly methods, and a genuinely convenient service could change how Indians care for what they wear.
